แม้เราจะไม่ได้เห็นภาพใดๆเลยของ Xperia M2 ตั้งเเต่ตอนเปิดตัวในงาน MWC ช่วงต้นปีในบาร์เซโลนา จนวันนี้ก็มีภาพหลุดออกมาเป็นการถ่ายเปรียบเทียบระหว่าง Xperia M2 กับ Xperia Z2 นั่นเอง โดย Xperia M2 มาพร้อมกับสเปค จอขนาด 4.8 นิ้ว qHD (540 x 960) CPU : SnapDragon MSM8X26 Quad-core 1.2GHz, RAM 1GB กล้อง 8MP หน่วยความจำภายใน 8GB เเละแบตเตอรี่ 2300mAh โดยมีกำหนดการวางขายในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2014
